Your thinking of Arcance echo, Im talking about arcane mimicry, a totally different spell
@murcury angel- those skills cost a total of about 45 energy w/o chanelling, so if you have just 2 shots of soj, then a left over recharge of 11 sec, its pretty spammable already.

You could have calculated it yourself:
15 + 4(16) = 79.
If you don't know where the 4 comes from:
(63-15)/13 = 4.

there is a way to get 7 shots of SoJ in 20 seconds, but it has a 1 min cool down before you can get a 7 shot spike again, in between cooldown you can only get 3 shots every 20 seconds if I remember correctly.
If you put that into HOH, and have 7 mo/me, well, the last one standing can just get ganked my smite or banish before it rez's, aswell, maybe bring bane signet so you have 3 dmg spikes once you main spike has cooled down.
As for the 7 shots in 20 sec, its not hard to figure out, but you need arcane mimicry and arcane echo with your elite as SoJ.
Hint: mimicry doesnt mimic SoJ, you would use it to mimic your 8th party members elite(not saying what the elite would be

Keystone Signet doesn't recharge Keystone Signet. It's in the description.

I'm pretty sure that it doesnt recharge the keystone activated, but you have 2 keystones, I haven't tested it myself, put it should recharge the 2nd one.
If someone has tested this please show some proof

Checked; The description to Keystone Signet was secretly and subtly altered sometime in the past without including it in the update notes. Guru Skill listing updated appropriately now.
Keystone Signet does NOT recharge itself. The [current] description even says as much, just like Oath Shot.

Ok, thanks for testing that mercury, I thought that Anet made a mistake on the wording but I now see that they did not
